Hi! I'm İpek. I am a Product Designer with +7 years of experience in crafting digital experiences that balance complex business logic with human-centric needs. My journey has evolved through building foundations for startups in MedTech and autonomous systems, and later scaling products within international, multidisciplinary squads in the Proptech sector.
I value collaboration above all, working as a close partner to developers and product managers to ensure every solution is technically viable and user-focused. I believe that resilience and a positive mindset are key to navigating complex product challenges. I stay involved through the entire product journey, always looking for ways to simplify the complex and anticipate the next step.
Currently, I’m focused on independent projects while continuing to explore new ways to create sincere and impactful design.

I’m also a Local Leader at IxDF Ankara, a local chapter of the Interaction Design Foundation, where I host the 'Chat with Great Minds' series. It’s a space where I facilitate conversations with designers from places like Booking, Microsoft, Şişecam, Google, Uber, and Meta, bringing global insights to our local community.
I believe that even a single person finding inspiration or making a meaningful connection can be a catalyst for change. Sometimes, hearing the right perspective at the right time is exactly what transforms a career, or even a life.
Outside of work, I've been dancing tango for over 14 years.
